Chris Bell has practiced public accounting since 2005. He’s a partner at Moss Adams LLP where he leads the firm’s health care tax practice.  He focuses on providing tax, strategic planning, and transaction planning services to California medical groups. Chris also frequently speaks and writes on tax reform, the Affordable Care Act, and health care policy.
