FNMGMA Educational Summit and Exhibitor Showcase 

The Far Northern Region of the California Medical Group Management Association (FNMGMA) would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your business to take part in our annual event, the Educational Summit and Exhibitor Showcase.

This year’s theme will be “Leadership in the Healthcare Frontier” and will encompass a Western atmosphere! We encourage each vendor to participate in the theme by way of decorating your booth.

The FNMGMA Summit has grown in both size and popularity each year since it started in 2008. In 2016 we had over 35 exhibitor booths and approximately 150+ attendees from various medical groups, facilities and healthcare personnel from all around the Northstate. This event is open to the public and advertised locally.

Our event this year is scheduled for Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Gaia Hotel in Anderson, CA. The Summit runs from 8:00am to 3:00 pm. There are multiple tiers of sponsorship available.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship provides your company with a high degree of visibility, additional networking opportunities, and contributes to the success and excitement of the conference. Below is a list of sponsorships available. We invite you to select a sponsorship most appropriate for your company. Sponsorships received by August 1, 2016 will be included in the preliminary marketing brochure. Your company will also receive recognition in the conference on-site program, as well as on-site signage during the event. Sponsorships will be given on a first come, first served basis.

Single Exhibitor Opportunities

The exhibit hall may be ready for exhibitor set up the night before after 5:00 pm and the morning of at 6:00 am.  Registration will be open from 7:30-8:15 am with a continental breakfast starting at 7:30 am. Lunch will be served with ample time for attendees to stop by and interact with exhibitors. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a prize for the raffle table. Drawings will be held at the end of the event and you can choose to announce the winner or have FNMGMA announce the winners.  Tear down can begin after the afternoon break.
