With more than 20 years of experience in organizational and leadership development, Gia Kazarian brings a wealth of expertise in executive consulting and leadership development from New York back to her roots in the Central Valley. Gia graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Workplace Studies. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University (NYU). She has applied her education and experience to train and coach leaders within Fortune 500 organizations. Gia is the Founder and CEO of Gia Kazarian Consulting, which she established in 2016. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations, helping them navigate challenges, strengthen leadership capabilities, and implement best practices and proven strategies tailored to their unique needs and realities. At the heart of Gia’s work is a passion for empowering people and organizations to grow—both personally and professionally.
