About Amber:
Amber has worked in the banking industry since 2016, gaining experience across three financial institutions and developing a deep understanding of fraud risk, customer behavior, and operational controls. Since 2019, she has specialized in fraud prevention and investigation, serving as both a Fraud Analyst and a Fraud Investigator.
She holds the Certified Financial Crimes Investigator (CFCI) credential, demonstrating advanced expertise in financial crime detection, investigative methodology, and industry best practices.
Amber joined FFB over a year ago, where she continues to focus on identifying emerging fraud trends, strengthening fraud mitigation strategies, and supporting cross-functional teams in protecting customers and the organization from financial crime.
About Jessica:
Jessica Price is a Fraud Analyst II at FFB Bank, where she has worked since November 2025. A Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), she brings a diverse professional background that includes fraud investigation, data analysis, law enforcement, and business operations.
Jessica previously served as a Fraud Investigator at WaFd Bank and worked as a Data Analyst for a national organization providing pharmaceuticals to assisted living facilities. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly 14 years as a police officer and detective, following experience as a 911 dispatcher. She also ran her family’s direct-mail and printing business for seven years while working as a graphic designer.
Jessica has extensive training in fraud-related disciplines and is an award-winning investigator. She received the Award for Excellence in the Investigation of Domestic Violence in 2007 and has provided training to police officers, victim advocates, and students of all ages.
