Session Description: It has become common knowledge that engaged employees provide a beneficial contribution to the organization, and conversely, disengaged employees can destroy your company culture, overall productivity, and reputation in the job market. In this presentation we will discuss the factors that lead to employee engagement and high morale, and specific actions that business leaders can take to promote a positive, and productive, work environment.

ABOUT MOLLY: Molly has more than 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field in organizations that vary in size and industry. Her background includes development of job descriptions, creation of company handbooks and newsletters, policy development, program implementation, performance feedback, and employee relations. She is an innovative problem-solver, with proven success in implementing win-win scenarios in difficult situations. Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from San Diego State University, a certificate in Human Resources Management from SDSU Extended Studies, a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University, and is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional through HRCI. In her free time, Molly enjoys yoga, hiking, learning about and tasting wine, and the company of family, good friends, and her cats.
