Session Description:

Medical practice revenue cycles are dramatically impacted by many factors including rapid growth, changes in ownership, new legislation and technology. In addition, the economic climate can have a negative impact on a practice’s cashflow.

Forward-thinking practices have established programs for measuring and monitoring a variety of indicators, offering valuable information for adapting to inevitable change. This session will focus on identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing a framework for continuous measurement, providing visibility and prescriptive insights for busy practice leaders.

During this 45-minute session, you will learn how to leverage KPIs to increase your revenue, including:

  • How and why practices fall short with KPIs and the impact to overall performance.
  • How to identify KPIs for your medical practice, including best practices for tracking them.
  • A roadmap for how to successfully monitor your KPIs.
