The new laws that have been passed include workers compensation, paid sick leave and workplace safety as they relate to COVID-19, leaves of absence, worker classification, discrimination, harassment and retaliation protections, privacy and wage and hour laws. The most significant one she will focus on is the fact that CFRA covers employers with 5 or more employees. The rest are minor changes
