Attendees will learn: Non-essential healthcare operations have grinded to a halt due to the Coronavirus pandemic.  Practices have furloughed or laid off staff while revenue has plummeted despite continued fixed costs.  They have applied for federal CARES Act loans and have extended corporate lines of credit.  While we don’t know how long the stay-at-home orders will last or what the new normal will look like, taking the time now to plan to re-start your practice will be critical to your sustainability.  This presentation will focus on the human resources, financial and operational issues that practice executives should consider in the weeks or months before practices can re-open while forecasting a potential continued reduction in revenue and payback requirements.
