As Director of Human Resources and Benefits at O2 Employment Services, Jennifer provides solutions and strategies in the fields of HR, employee relations, policies, legal compliance, benefits and health care insurance options for the company's diverse client base, representing hundreds of businesses in the state of California, Oregon and Nevada.
Jennifer spent over 20 years in the medical field, as an Administrator in both private and corporate settings. Jennifer has found her passion in helping people through training, education, engaging employee - employer communications. Jennifer joined the Northstate SHRM in 2016 and serve as the Sponsorship Chair and is the current President.
