About the program: Each year the California courts and legislature are busy altering the landscape of California employment laws, and usually to the employer's detriment. To avoid costly litigation, employers must stay abreast of annual changes impacting the workplace. In this talk, hear about the new laws for the new year, as well as cases and opinions from the previous year that will alter your policies and practices going forward. A handout with new laws and tips will be provided.
